Yoga is so much more than just "stretching". It is about being centered, grounded, and coming to your mat, while being fully present in the moment - not being distracted by anyone or anything around you.
After seeing my own need for stress relief, as well as lung and immune health, I decided to dive deep in the ancient practice of Yoga, (Yes, I am still a Christian) knowing this would also help me share in the benefits with my Retreat Attendees, Emotional Health/Mindset and Business Clients.

My passion is truly bringing new people to the practice and helping beginners and those "intimidated" by yoga. So. I have put together a compilation book entitled, Hope Through Conversations about Yoga - More Than Just Stretching!
It is a collection of questions and answers bby a diverse group of beautiful women and their yoga journeys, as well as discussion about the benefits that they have received through their practice. Interesting enough, most were very intimidated when they began yoga and have now become yoga instructors. My hope is that the book will shed some light on the misconceptions of yoga, the vast benefits, and hopefully invite people to try yoga.
